How to schedule a make-up class

Parent Portal Login

If you know that your child will be absent from class, we ask that you schedule a future absence. This will allow you to reschedule your class faster AND it will allow another child to use your child’s vacant space a make up.

How to schedule an anticipated future absence and make-up class:

  1. Log into the Parent Portal:  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the re-set password icon.
  2. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner (3 small lines)
  3. Click on Absences & Make-ups
  4. Click on Submit An Absence.
  5. Select the dates you will be absent and click Next Step
  6. Select the class your child will miss and click Submit
  7. You will now be able to see the upcoming absences.
  8. Click View Schedule
  9. Click on Schedule a make up
  10. You will see a list of available classes. Scroll until you find a class time and date that works for you
  11. Click Submit

**Pro Tip: On most days when there is no school, we run extra “make-ups only” classes for almost all our different types of classes. Be sure to check these dates as these are great options to do a make-up!

How to schedule a make-up class when you have already missed the class:

  1. Log into the Parent Portal:  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the re-set password icon.
  2. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner (3 small lines)
  3. Click on Absences & Make-ups
  4. Click on the Past Absences
  5. Select the date of the class you want to schedule the make-up for and click on Schedule Make-up
  6. You will see a list of available classes. Scroll until you find a class time and date that works for you
  7. Click Submit

How to cancel a make-up class when you are unable to attend.

  1. Log into the Parent Portal:  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the re-set password icon.
  2. Click on the Menu button in the upper right corner (3 small lines)
  3. Click on Absences & Make-ups
  4. Choose the missed class that the make-up is attached.
  5. Click on View Schedule Impact
  6. Click on Make-up scheduled for [date of makeup]
  7. Click on cancel this make-up.

Other Make-up class information

  • Make up classes are self-scheduling through the parent portal.
  • We offer unlimited make up classes, however, we strongly recommend that for the best experience, you attend your regular class as often as possible.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of available class spaces.
  • All missed classes must be made up within 4 weeks of the missed class otherwise they will expire.
  • You may re-schedule/cancel a scheduled make-up class through the parent portal.  All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the make-up class.
  • No-shows for a make-up class, will not be rescheduled.

Recreational Class Pricing and Financial Details

When you initially enroll

Payment for all Summer schedule Gymnastics and Ninja classes are due in full when you register.

There are no refunds for withdrawals. House credit is available for withdrawals providing we receive email notification 2 weeks prior to the start of the session. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Your credit card will be placed on file in the secured parent portal in accordance with security laws or you can pay via ACH payment. You can update your card on file at any time through the parent portal.

Payment Methods

We offer ACH or Echeck payments as a safer, more cost-effective, and more convenient payment method for families. We also accept Master Card, Discover, and Visa. You can also pay via cash or check at the front desk; however, a card must be kept on file.
All credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) will be charged a credit card service fee of 2.59%. This does not apply to ACH debit cards or other forms of payment.
There will be a $15 fee for all returned checks or ACH payments.

Online Registration Fees

$20 annual online enrollment fee per student will be charged when you initially enroll for classes and every year in August. The class enrollment fee is required to enroll in monthly instructional classes and will be added to your account in August of each year. This enrollment fee is a one-time per year $20 charge per student regardless of how many classes/enrollments in classes your child attends over the year.

Sibling and Multi-Class Discounts

  • 20% discount is automatically applied to multiple class enrollments and 10% discount for siblings.
