Our camp staff are role-models and confidence boosters, care-givers, cheerleaders and unconditional friends… and according to our campers, the coolest people ever!  Our camp staff get to work outdoors with amazing kids and build friendships and job skills that can last a lifetime, all while having an incredible amount of fun.

Our camp staff are the heart of our program. They’re high school students and former campers, they’re college students and adults of all ages who truly enjoy working with children and helping to guide them through challenges, growth and fun each summer.

Our camp staff know that working at Action Kids Summer Camp is more than just a job.  It’s a place where we can all challenge ourselves to learn, explore and grow. It’s an inclusive community where everyone belongs.  It’s a belief that everyone is part of creating “camp magic” It’s a place where every summer, we all strive to have the best summer ever!
