Waitlist information
- Although we do require a credit card to be placed on file for all accounts, you will NOT be charged for any waitlist classes until you receive notice that a spot has become available, and you confirm you want to enroll.
- We monitor our wait lists daily and will keep watching for an opening for you.
- It is difficult to estimate how long you will be on the wait list. Class openings depend on students transferring out of the class, for various reasons, to make room for new students. Sometimes customers are on a waiting list for a day, sometimes for months. We encourage you to enroll in another available class time while on the wait list for your ideal class so that your child can still participate in the meantime.
- When a space becomes available, we will email you. Please respond to the email within 24 hours if you are still interested in the class and want the spot! Once we hear from you, we will enroll your child and charge the card on file for tuition. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will take your name off the wait list and offer the space to the next child on the list.
Our gymnastics schedule operates on a perpetual calendar.
Registration is ongoing and you can begin any time, space permitting. You can also withdraw at any time, you are not committed for the whole year.
Once you enroll, your monthly enrollment is guaranteed and will continue until June 4, 2025, unless you notify us of withdrawal. All withdrawal requests must be submitted to the main office by the 16th of the month. Scroll to the bottom of this page for detailed class withdrawal information.
Once tuition is charged, you have committed for that month. We do not issue a refund if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance.
You can schedule a make-up for any missed classes through the Parent Portal.
