Early Bird Registration

Important things to know!

• New this year.  Early bird registration is limited to those choosing three or more weeks – OR – 15 or more single days
• Although Color Wars Week (Week 6) is open for registration during Early Bird, Color Wars Week is not eligible for the Early Bird Discount.  Full price will apply. Color wars registration is FULL WEEK ONLY.  No single days enrollments during Color Wars.

  • Payment Plans Available
    • • Bi-weekly – 25% at registration. Remaining balance payable in equal bi-weekly payments until June 1
      • Monthly – 25% at registration. Remaining balance payable in equal monthly payments until June 1
      • 2 Equal Payments – 50% at registration. Remaining balance payable on June 1
  • Save even more with ACH or Debit card payments! 2.5% service charge on all credit card payments.
• Weeks can be changed without penalty until May 15, 2025 (space permitting) Please note that our camp fills up quickly.   We will do everything we can to accommodate schedule changes, but we regret that we cannot guarantee it.
• Full weeks purchased during Early Bird registration can be converted to single days at the single day rate.
• There are NO refunds for cancelled camp registrations.
  • We offer a full (100%) in-house account credit for any cancelled camp registrations received by April 15
  • We offer a 50% in-house account credit for any cancelled camp registrations received by May 15
  • There is no house credit available for any cancelled camp registrations after May 15
  • The $30 annual camp enrollment fee is non-refundable.
  • Make ups for missed camp days are not available.
